I am currently two weeks post-operative following a 360° Fleur-de-Lis body lift and external thigh lift, and I can honestly say that the care I have received from Bella Vou has been second to none.
From my very first consultation, the entire experience has been outstanding. Having lost 11 stone and had 6kg of excess skin removed, choosing the right hospital and surgeon was incredibly important to me. The whole establishment at Bella Vou is exceptional — everything runs like clockwork, and every member of staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I genuinely have only positive things to say.
My patient coordinator, Victoria, has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey. She has been there for me at the drop of a hat, offering reassurance, guidance, and constant support. Without her, I honestly think I may have chickened out — her encouragement and kindness made all the difference.
My first consultation with Mr Amir Nakhdjevani completely exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by his knowledge, professionalism, and reassuring manner. He is incredibly positive and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I had complete confidence that I was in the safest possible hands.
Even at just two weeks post-op, I am already blown away by my results — they are far better than I could ever have imagined.
Having done extensive research into plastic surgery and skin removal following massive weight loss, it became very clear how vital it is to be in the right hands. While going abroad can be tempting due to lower costs, the aftercare at Bella Vou is exceptional and truly sets them apart. The included lymphatic massages have been wonderful and have helped significantly with swelling, and the nursing team is always on hand to provide support and reassurance.
I would 100% recommend Bella Vou and Mr Amir Nakhdjevani to anyone considering surgery. Despite the extent of the operation, my entire experience has been incredibly positive from start to finish. Five stars simply isn’t enough.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you for the beautiful bouquet of flowers and the thoughtful goodie bag I received when leaving the hospital — such a lovely and personal touch.
