Caution: Buyer Beware

having a tummy tuck before the pandemic at this facility turned out to be a nightmare I am still paying for. There were multiple issues with the procedure. needing to consult on these issues, I called during the pandemic and they were not taking appointments at that time. Some time later finally the appointment happened.
It took what seemed like forever to finally have a chance to discuss the issues of the procedure with Dr. Perez, there was no real concern at all after that...
He offered another surgery to fix the issues from the previous procedure, I would never enter that surgery center for any procedure at any time.

The skin was very unevenly tucked in on both sides which caused strange bulges - creating what seemed like an extra hip to appear above the normal area. The scar was and is extremely jagged and deep (grotesque). I did not need liposuction, and he did so performing a procedure that I did not approve of or consult for in my buttock area. It looked like ditches in my back area for years even with paying for many massages.

I have been told by other doctors that the belly button is too high at the waist line, instead of being at slightly under where the hip bone starts, I guess it is a good thing he didn't place it under my cleavage!
He noticed that the belly button was too high and he simply tried to gaslight saying it looked fine. His office manager runs rough shot by him and will never give even a partial refund.
I expressed not wanting to have to go through another surgery again, so then he offered a partial refund of some cash and some credit at the center. Which he later went back on his word from and had the manager tell me it was absolutely absurd and out of the question

this is a warning everyone should listen to.
