I called and told them I want to cancel they have given me the runaround

At first, my experience was amazing. They were very honest and gave me a pricing. They told me if I cancel my surgery date with the 30 days of my surgery they would not refund me my money which I totally agree. My surgery date is May 24th 2022 I fell into some financial hardship, and needed to cancel my surgery date I didn’t cancel within the 30 days of the surgery date I am entitled to my thousand dollar deposit back, but ever since I called and told them I want to cancel they have given me the runaround they have hung up on me. They have answered the phone and said I was calling the wrong office, I have sent emails that have bounced back. I even sent an email requesting another quote and that’s when they finally responded back to me! I told her that I wasn’t within the 30 days of my surgery date when I called to cancel would like my deposit back. They replied with I will see what other options we can give you.
