I'm 3.5 months post op. I feel amazing. This new body is fun lol.
I was extremely diligent with belly button training and scar treatment. I will continue belly button training until 6 mo post op. I use an ear plug and marble and silicone tape and it has worked wonders.
My scar needed extreme tlc. I used hydrocolloid bandages with my surgeons approval. And now I will continue using silicone tape for up to 1 year post op.
Im expanding my new wardrobe at lightning speed.
