Not happy with anything he did

Dr Careaga botched me. I waited one year and a half to write a review. In 2019, he did, TT, JPlasma on arms and inner thighs and one breast areola reduction. I can say that I am not happy with anything that he did. And the worst and sad part about it, is that he is aware of everything and he is not willing or had never offer to help me or do a revision. With the TT, he left extra loose skin after in the upper abdomen. My abdomen has never felt like it did before, I feel a chronic pain and is very uncomfortable. It feels that I have a hard ball on the right side with lots of pressure as if is pushing my bladder and it bulges out. On the thighs, he left 4 ugly scar incisions, two from the drains and two from the JPlasma, where you can see when wearing underwear, he didn’t even try to hide those incisions. He ruin one of my arms from JPlasma as well. He left me with extra wrinkle skin on the upper part of one arm. And last but not least, he ruin my areola. Enough reason for me to say that he botched me and of course he will never admit to it as most of these plastic surgeons think that they make no mistakes. All Dr Careaga knows what to say is to “wait”. That is his answer to everything. after I told him about all of these issues and he has seen it with his own eyes because I have pointed it out to him many times and ask him questions, he just looks at me like if I am crazy. He is very arrogant and shows no mercy and even worst, doesn’t even offer to help.
I’ve had been going to other surgeons for help and they are actually helping me even though they didn’t perform my surgery. One doctor send me to get a CT scan done and another one is requesting a copy of the CT scan CD, so he can take a look of what it is going inside. I will NEVER recommend this doctor that even to my worst enemy. If you had surgery with him and everything came out good, I am happy for you. But if you had a problem, good luck because he will not help you.

I’m so sorry to hear you had this experience. I know exactly how you must be feeling. I’d rather a surgeon turn me down than go and botch my body. Mine was so bad some surgeons automatically tell me they can’t do a revision. I do however look forward to the magnificent surgeon who fixes my body and make me happy and there are definitely some out here that can and will. So don’t give up.

Thank you for your kind words. The worst part is that some of these doctors think that they don't make mistakes and they are very arrogant and NOT even once has he offer to help after one year and half that he did my surgery. And every time I go back to see him, he always has a sarcastic answer for me. And other plastic doctors that I have consulted and whom I have not paid a penny too, are willing to help me. One doctor even felt bad for me because he will have to charge me $8k and he even ask me why I don't go back to my original surgeon for a revision so I don't have to pay much money.

I've been there more than 5 times and brought up ALL of my problems and concerns to the doctor Daniel Careaga and not even once has he offer to help me! What are you going to do now for me with a date of birth if when I've been there so many times, the doctor him self is NOT willing to help me. He already knows and he is aware of everything going on with me. Careaga did the surgery back in October 2019 and he is aware and all he keeps on telling me is to wait. And he looks at me with arrogance like If I am crazy and shows no compassion for me even after I told him how uncomfortable my abdomen feels, it's a constant chronic pain. I have a new plastic surgeon that for free has already consulted my case twice and is going to review my CT scan CD for me, so that he can try to figure out what's going on to help me and even told me to see my primary doctor to get a prescription for physical therapy on the abdomen to see if it may help the muscle. This new surgeon even feels so bad for me that even told me to see Dr careaga partner doctor, Paul to see if he can help me (so I don't he to pay for another surgery) but there is nothing that dr Paul can do for me if he works under Careaga facility.

Hello, I'm having the same pain since my TT surgery on 2020 not counting I'm not happy with my results . Did you find the causes of your pain ? Did you find any doctor who is willing to help you ?

Hi hun, just saw your message now. I had a second TT with my BBL doctor, Moises Salama. He was the only one that was willing to help me here in the US. Dr Salama said that I had fibrosis and he removed it and he also remove the extra loose skin I had after my first TT. I also now recommend for you to go to DR and find a good surgeon over there. Daniel Careaga not only left extra loose skin with my TT, he also did not tie my abdomen muscle.

Do I need a tummy tuck revision or a reverse tummy tuck?

I did a tummy tuck in Miami, Fl with doctor Daniel Careaga. I attached before and after pictures, so you can see that I still have extra loose skin. Hoping you can help me and let me know if I need a tummy tuck revision or a reverse tummy tuck? And any good plastic surgeon that anyone can recommend me, please.

From the pics it looks like he didnt take enough skin from you. I am very happy with my surgery! If u can see my pics take a look or I'll try to send them to u

Your TT scar looks good. I am going to go see him to see if he can help me. I went to see another plastic surgeon yesterday and he told me that my TT looks good and he couldn't help me and he recommended for me to consult with my previous surgeon who also says that my TT looks good and that I need the extra skin in order to stand straight and lift my arms up. But I have friends that have TT and they don't have extra loose skin like I do. So I am very upset with the results of mines. I hope Hanaberg can help me. It seems other doctors are too scare to take the risk by reopening my incision.
