Will Cheat You out of Your Money
Would have given them a zero, but not an option! Scheduled a procedure for 5/16/23, completing my Medical clearance with my pcp which stated my having Sarcoidosis on 4/18/23 which was sent to Xiluet the same day, I received a phone call 5/10/23 stating I would have to have my procedure in the hospital for safety precautions. Although thankful for them catching this (error on their part), the time it took for them to realize and notified me, was extremely unacceptable!!! Their lack of reviewing my medical documents timely has caused me financial losses for travel expenses and surgery po supplies, which could havebeen purchased at a latertime. On top of that, they do not accept fault and refuses to refund my deposit. How is this good business? It's NOT!!! Also, not to mention some of their doctors doesn't even work at their facility. They tried putting me with Dr tatarian who works out a whole different location Kendle Plastic Surgery. Isn't that false advertising???WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! It's a call center you're calling and none of them are medical personnel, which is why the doctors wasn't made aware of my "illness" until the last minute. Lesson learned!!!
