Please ignore how bloated I am. I had left over crab legs for dinner yesterday was my husband and I’s 5th wedding anniversary so we were feeling like having crab legs for dinner lol.
My mom and husband have both asked if the skin Pickering/wrinkling is normal. I’m not sure if it is but I’m guessing it has to do with how bloated I am. Currently I’m taking bromelien 2 times a day and wearing my faja 23/7.

You look great! My guess is The puckering could be from the way your compression garment is, I can't tell if you have sutures, if so could be that or extra skin that wasn't pulled taut enough. Either way don't fret until after swelling subsides which will be up to 6 months...you won't know what that will look like until final results anyway....

How long were you under? Was it scary going in and waking up?
I'm not sure how long I was under. Maybe 5ish hours. It wasn't scary at all. It just felt like a quick nap.
