Awful - my stomach isn’t flat and my nose is still too big

knew I wanted a local ,African American doctor. I’ve had two procedures 5/22&9/22. Nose and stomach.I’m almost 20k in and I can’t look in the mirror without crying. I do everything the doctor tells me to do! Yet my stomach isn’t flat and my nose is still to big! I’ve had to have two stomach procedures because the first one was horrible and the second one is the same! No flat stomach and no small nose! She is a good doctor what she isn’t isn’t aggressive enough! I wish I went to Miami and only had to have one procedure! I would be happy, I would be able to look at myself and not get depressed or cry! I hate my results so much!!!!!! It’s making me depressed!!!!!

Realistic expectations are important in any cosmetic procedure. Prolonged swelling is often present in African American rhinoplasties. Stomach surgery, whether abdominoplasty or liposuction does not address intraabdominal fat (fat underneath the muscle, around the intestine). Intraabdominal fat contributes to the flatness of the abdomen and is not removed with cosmetic procedures. . As stressed, diet and exercise are essential in the maintenance of results.
