Unevenness, Lumpiness and Irregularities

I had a tummy tuck about five years ago with another plastic surgeon, and I'm unhappy with the significant unevenness, lumpiness and skin irregularities that remain. I have not had significant weight gain. My original surgeon attributed the appearance to my age. I don't want another full tummy tuck. I'm looking for an experienced plastic surgeon to evaluate the result and determine whether there is a less extensive way to improve the contour.
