Healing Nicely
Got my stitches out last week started scar treatment (scar oil, scar strips,scar gel) By having the revision done on my right side it raised my scar a little higher but I'm definitely flatter now after having that chunk of skin removed

How are you feeling about your revision now? How long were you off work? How soon after the original TT did you start to think you had extra skin on one side? Sorry for all the questions! I’m sort of wondering if I have a small amount of lax skin left on one side or if I’m just awkwardly swollen on one side. I’m around 2 weeks post op.
No problem I wasn't 100%sure about skin until around 4 months & it was confirmed at 6 month check up. I'm glad I got revision because I'm flatter now on that side, it was definitely painful & even now it still hurts from time to time because its still healing. Give yourself time because you are still way too early to determine what's swelling & what's skin & no problem with questions ask as many as you want
That’s good to hear :) it’s funny after researching TT for 20 years...it wasn’t until I got one that I realized how common revisions are.

Tummy Tuck Scar Revision
Dr. Song performed my tummy tuck on May 17, 2018 & at my 6 month check up in November There was an area of extra skin present that bothered me, I felt like it could be flatter. Dr Song said that he could do a local procedure to remove that area. Once I arrived on yesterday he marked the area & I pointed out 2 areas of my tummy tuck scar that were really thick he said let's fix that also. The entire procedure lasted about an hour & a half. I was awake the whole time, the numbing part was hell. I'm in some pain now but I'm dealing with it. Dr. Song is a perfectionist & he definitely wants his patients to be happy. Right now the area is bandaged as soon as my stitches are removed I will post a before & after. I'm planning for round 2 lipo360 with bbl I want the smooth back to go along with my flat stomach
