Everything started with the way they treat you at the office. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. My consultation with Dr. Rubinstein was more than I expected. He talked to me about the procedure and ask me my concerns and expectations. He explained it with words I understood , and I left the office knowing what to expect , no surprises and of course my surgery date. The surgery went as expected and the results exactly as he described. I am extremely pleased with my surgery and results. And it does not stop there, the post op appointments, they take care of you.
