Issues with tummy tuck & they don't answer you - 1 year post-op

From the begining this place once they take your money you don't answer you. You literly have to do there work for them by calling them to see if they recived everything they needed from our primary care physician because they won't even call you to tell you if they did or didn't. They trate you nice till they get paid then it's like your on your own. Second I have many issues with my surgery that could have been prevented if they answered the call or called back after many attempts of me reaching out to get help from the doctore I ended up in the hospital and till this day I still have a on going issues that I'm trying to get incontact with the doctore and still no call backs from numerous calls and messges. And many other thing but I wouldn't have enough space to write all in.

So after my review like I explained before Dr. Deirdre Marshall had her nurse contact me and Dr.Deirdre called me herself and explained she didn't know anything about my many calls and that she was working to better train the staffso this won't happen again like with ending up in the emergency room and a week in the hospital with a very bad infection she said she would do what she can to correct this, but she told me that she would do it if I took the review down, I said I would once she saw me and corrected my issue and she said ok. So we spoke about having a CT scan and that the nurse would contact me to get this done. They did call a few days later a restriction was email to me for a CT scan and after 2 prescription written incorrectly the 3rd one was worded correctly and I made my appointment at Imaging and hade my CT completed I text the nurse and told her it's was completed I was told that I had to bring it in person so that I needed to make an appointment witch I for today Saturday and I was told to be on time . when I grt there it was 8:55 am and I had to sit outside the office they were not even open in the post op off, I asked they said I had to waited the manager had the Key and she would be coming 9:05 I was still waiting for the door to be open right along with all the employee ( talk about be on time) When I sat down a few minutes later the nurse came gretted me and asked if I had the report and the CD and I said no just the CD the imaging place sent the Report to her office, and she goes talks to the doctore and the doctor tells her to tell me that she doesn't feel comfortable seeing me untill I take my review down and I said to the nurse I can take it down but it is a shame that she is my surgeon and she just cares about the review she should be concern about making things right so then I can give her a positive review, mind you the nurse ask me for the phone number to the imaging place so they can call while I waite for her to get out of surgery to get the report I stated they sent it to her office why doent she have it, this tells you that my situation was not given the proper attention needed they new I was coming I had an appointment so why didn't they have all there ducks in row the way I did, I went in there with a file full of all the documents from my surgery and my emergency room and hospital stay. That tells it all the lack of attention that is given to the patients and there needs and concerns. So the nurse tell me while your waiting she needs the review taking down and she will see you as soon as the surgery she is currently doing is done, I said ok. As I was sitting there waiting I said wy should I take the review down I paid for this surgery, actually still paying for it and this doctor is putting conditions for her to see my she was my surgeon as a surgeon we the patients should be the priority and if your parents have any issues or concerns they should be addressed, bit with this Doctor this is not the case nor to this clinic Zion Plastic Surgery. This is a Clinic where you enter at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!! Fortune more ladies I don't like writing review bit in this case I had to I wasent asking for much just to get something corrected, but with the lack of attention I had to and just like me there is thousands of women out there, with issues like mine and other issues that have happened to them in this clinic, but they dont have a voice or they think that they cant do nothing about it so they stay quite and dont say nothing ladies take review seriously, many women are dying out there because we have just become $$$ signs for many surgeons not all but many and they have forgotten the most important thing the patient. I'm glad my family was there to take me to the hospital and take care of me. This is awerness!!!!!!!! Dr.Deirdre has no ethics. Ladies do your homework!!!!!!!!!!

As you can see this issue with my surgery has not gotten resolved and from the pictures below you can see the the retaining of the liquid has not gone down but it has actually increased and my stomach doesnt even look like imI had a tommy tuck. IT LOOKS LIKE i have a lump there that is not going away and you can see it though the clothes and it acutally has become tender in that area and it hurts it feels like is sore all the time especially when I lay down at night. Like I mentioned before be awere of getting anything done at Zuon Plastic Surgery especialy with Dr. Deirdre Marshall you better hope and pray your sugery goes without a hing because she will not do anything to correct her error also dont dare post a review which is our right, because it just gets even worse. They won't answer your calles, or messages, they will litterly ignore you like it never happen and getting your money back hahaha or a pocentage thats another haha joke to try and get it corrected. Listen An Im not the only one out there do your homework its really better to pay more money and get it by a good doctore a doctor that cares abput his patients and his or her reputation, because now I have to spend more money to go see other doctores to ha e this corrected and soend thousands of dollares when she could have corrected this her and have a satified patient and she wouldnt be dealing with a bad review it was so simple but no they ignored me from day 2 when I starded calling after my surgery because I knew something was wrong, no I was just ignored, and I will not stop untill I get healthy again for me. Please pay attention ladies do your homework. Dont end up with a lump in your stomach. Be safe stay safe.
