Results not what expected - spent 20K and looks bad

At 1st and because recommended I was happy however the results not what expected or described to me at all. I should have run out on the day of surgery when Dr H clearly said to be there may need to be a lil freely here or their before he even started. Then when I post op visit to discussed the tweeks they quote me another 7-8k after spending 20k for what looks really bad !!!!
