Incredible Team and Surgery Experience

Bella Vou clinic offers an elite customer experience from day 1. My surgeon Radovan Boca was an extremely confident, efficient and experienced surgeon which was evident from the first consultation! My case was complex, with a 360 circumferential tummy tuck, muscle repair and hernia repair needed, as well as 4 sites of lipo suction, following 40kg/7 stone weight loss. On the assessment I was given a clear treatment plan and fees were transparent from the first meeting with my patient coordinator Stacie. Stacie and the team went above and beyond to find me a surgery date short term which was secured within 3 weeks of the initial consult! On surgery day the full team were absolutely incredible. I was reassured by my recovery nurse Kelly on what would happen. The anaesthetist also came to meet me to provide details of the surgery plan. Rado then spent extra time on the marking up process to ensure he had a very comprehensive plan during surgery itself. The surgery went very well (Rado removed 8.5kg/1 stone 4lbs of skin/fat) and I was very comfortable in the recovery suite which was equipped with all your requirements (toiletries, robe, towels). The night / discharge team (Olinda, Juliana, Wurola, Sylvette) were all brilliant and on hand to assist, especially as my blood pressure was very low and not behaving! I am very grateful to all of these ladies for talking to me, keeping me comfortable when I was on my own. Bella Vou overall is an amazing place; the entire staff team were all wonderful even the reception team, always so welcoming and friendly. I am very pleased with my initial results and as the swelling continues to subside I am sure these will only improve.
