I’m excited to see the results each week! I am now at 7 Weeks Post op and seeing these results reminds me that this surgery was worth it 100000%. I am truly happy that the swelling is going down that I am able to see my new body. I also went to the gym for the first time last week (6 Weeks p.o.) and I was able to run a mile on the treadmill and do a light arm workout. :)

Looks sooo good, did you also get Lipo on the abdomen when you did your full tummy tuck?

I didn't get liposuction, but if i cold go back I would have gotten lipo in my flank area only because I am unable to lose fat in that area on my own.

6 Weeks Post Op!

Guess who is super excited to finally hit 6 Weeks Post op! The swelling is starting to go down a little each week and I’m able to start seeing results. My energy levels are starting to get back to normal each week as well. I started walking this past week, up to 3 miles. I felt great but I was super swollen after. I would love to start jogging, but I honestly don’t think my body is ready yet. I’m beyond happy with my results. I am so very thankful for this journey and the results from Dr. Brown.
