I am reminded every day of how happy I am that I went through the abdominoplasty journey. I am more confident and comfortable in my own skin than I ever thought I could be! I am thankful to m amazing PS and for this site who provided great information and support!

I am back to Working however I am not back to lifting as heavy as I was before surgery. I am thrilled with my results an would do it over again 100 times. I have gained so much confidence, this is truly the most amazing thing I’ve ever done for myself!

You look amazing! Do you feel less swollen and more flexible? I can't wait for the swelling to subside.

I still swell but it’s really not that bad, it’s more of the feeling of being swollen than the appearance of swelling. I still wear my compression garment I first wore because it helps with swelling- I definitely wear it she I work out for extra support.
