Do not go with PSS - I needed revision surgery

A year ago I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Hvistendahl from Plastic Surgery Specialists. The appointments were rushed and the surgery wasn’t nearly aggressive enough to get the results that Dr. Hvistendahl and I had discussed. 7 months after my surgery Dr. Hvistendahl acknowledged I needed revision surgery. I had questions about what another surgery would look like and I didn’t think I should be charged to repair a botched job (the scar was dog-eared, there was loose skin and he was supposed to do lipo on the flanks and I think he just skipped that all together). They wouldn’t let me talk to Dr. Hvistendahl until I put another deposit down for the next surgery. Heather, the patient coordinator was shockingly rude and unprofessional. After wasted time to recover, money for the surgery I’m grateful for PSS’s unprofessionalism because had they treated me professionally I probably would have gotten my revision surgery with them and been disappointed by Dr. Hvistendal’s work all over again. They were so disappointing that it made me find a different surgeon and start all over. I had to put a star on their rating... Really it should be a 0 star situation.
Dr. Delgado did my revision and the results are better than I could have hoped for. This is even better than my pre-pregnancy body. All my clothes fit exactly how I want them to. It’s so great to feel so confident and beautiful. Everyone in the office is kind, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt rushed and it was night and day how different Dr. Delgado’s approach was. He took so much time examining me, listening to me and paying attention to detail. You can tell that Dr. Delgado has pride in what he does and you wont be let down by choosing him. He truly changed my life.
