I run regularly and eat well to maintain these amazing results! I am so thankful that I was able to have an abdominoplasty and skin removal, it is the best thing I've ever done for my health (aside from running and exercising every week). I made it, 6 months out! I have zero regrets, i healed beautifully. I am so glad i had the support during healing to get this done.
I still have some swelling!! It's always there around 7pm... I'm just rounder by then! But it looks fine, still 1000x better than before!

If you have any doubts, don't. Find a great surgeon and go get your consultation. Be sure to look at my belly button, this is the deal breaker. I've seen so many bad belly buttons. Mine is perfect.
