Tummy Tuck: Post Pregnancy, 60lb Loss

I am currently 5'3 and 136lbs, age 38.
In my teens I gained around 30 lbs after my father died, and lost it around age 19. Years later, Hashimoto's caused me to gain a lot back, and despite kickboxing 4x a week, burning 500 calories a session, I couldn't lose weight. It wasn't until after my pregnancy and I got a great Endocrinologist, and a new med, that I finally lost weight with exercise and good eats. More on that later.

8 years ago I had a high risk, breech pregnancy that caused severe Diastasis Recti (my kid had her feet on my left, head on the right, butt straight out front in my belly) and also resulted in an emergency C Section (12 hours before a scheduled breech C Section, she was impatient). I gained 65lbs, and most of it was swelling. I had severe edema at only 5 months along, I could leave a handprint in my thigh, and it would stay for a solid 30 seconds. My pregnancy hurt every single day, I am definitely in the "one and done" club!!! I lost 30 POUNDS just delivering my child...I deflated like a balloon. I was 195 lbs when I came home. I dropped 45lbs or so in 6 months with Nursing, kickboxing, and food logging. From 2015-now, I've lost an additional 20 or so pounds from food logging and running and weights and just playing outside more.
20 Years of yo-yo weight gain and loss, Hashis, having a beach ball baby belly, a C Section, and then running my butt off for 3 years and losing a grand total of 60lbs over the past 8 years has just destroyed my abs and left me with a classic "Mother's Apron" that looks bad, gets in the way, makes my clothes fit badly, and hurts when I run.

I have my appointment with Dr. Andochick in Frederick, MD on June 15. My consultation with him was good, I'm looking forward to our final consult in early June

Took a few more before pictures! Trying to show the skin issues I have. I can easily pull the loose skin out up to 3-4 inches or so, even more in some spots. You can see the stretch marks from my pregnancy pretty clearly.
I cannot seem to lose the fat in front of my tummy . I know I'll never do 500 crunches a day, and I tried all the Six Pack Abs kind of workouts over the years with good eating.

Running made me lose enough fat that I can see my DR, but it won't budge from my "Apron". SO FRUSTRATING. Plastic Surgery is the only answer.
I'm really looking forward to a new belly button! Lol.

Surgery in a few weeks!

Just documenting as much "before" as possible. I'm continuing to work out and eat well and maintain my weight until the big day! I'm steady around 136-40. I'm really so excited to get the skin removed, in the side picture you can actually see my abs from that angle, a reminder of all the exercise I do to keep 60lbs off. I'll be so happy when I can actually see my fitness results that have been hiding under skin.
