Tummy Tuck Perfection and 5 Star Treatment

I came to see Dr. Michelle Carlotti 2 years prior and put down a deposit but had a huge schedule conflict due to a military obligation so I had to cancel. Fast forward a few years later and the perfect timing came up so I went back to reschedule my surgery and they still honored my deposit due to my circumstances. They were very kind and understanding when I had to cancel and just from the customer service then I knew I would go back when I could. Now lets talk about the surgery.... the entire staff is top notch. I felt so comfortable and knew I was in good caring hands. I was never treated like patient number 108. They made sure I felt cared for and I did. When you have surgery with them you get two top notch surgeons for the price of 1. I stayed overnight in their own surgery center and Dr. Albert Carlotti stayed the night there with me as well as a nurse. I never do well with surgery so I was so nervous going into this but I felt so taken care of that I knew nothing would be overlooked by them. They CARE! Surgery went well.. even the anesthesiologist was wonderful. I woke up in pain and Chylo came immediately and gave me some pain meds and I was very happy. I was nervous about the kind of scar and my scar is a perfect straight line which is what I was hoping for. It is going to look amazing when it heals up. I started to get an infection but they see you so much post op plus you have the DR.'s cell phone number so you can text them if you need them. Infection was caught immediately and literally healed up in 1 day.. I am not joking. They are so proactive. Chylo is my patient coordinator and she will be a huge part of your journey as well. I absolutely love her to death. I am so happy I did this for myself and I am so happy that I went with the Carlotti's. I really honestly get 5 star treatment every-time I walk in the door and they are top notch surgeons. I am 3 weeks PO and already look so sexy. I am terrible about reviews but I really felt like I should share such an incredible experience with one of the toughest plastic surgery treatments you could have. BTW, PO day 3 and I was off my pain meds and walking a mile a day (Dr's orders) and that does help you heal quicker. If you like the Royal treatment then this is who you go to. I also got filler and botox from them and look amazing. I really like that DR. Michelle Carlotti is the actual person that puts it in. Much better job then the previous medical clinic I go to without a DR. injecting it. Huge difference! Dr. Carlotti will now be responsible for keeping me looking young and beautiful from here on out!
