Nice Staff, Surgeon Has Great Bedside Manner. Sadly the Results Are Not Great.
Although the staff is amazing, and Dr. Roth offers great bedside manner, the work performed was not to expectations. I have excessive skin that still needs to be removed. I have seen Dr Roth, religiously throughout the years to discuss the outcome, and it started with "Trust the process" "This will flatten out" Finally December of last year I told him I dont like the outcome, and asked the next step could be. I was under impression, we would discuss a revision, and of course i do not expect anything free. Instead it was "let me reach out to fellow colleges". Well after a few months of following up, FINALLY he tells me in February he still waiting for one more college. Well Turns out he wanted me to see another surgeon here in town, for him to perform the revision.
So after spending approx 16k, i am left with having to have another surgery by another surgeon.
Mind you I paid for a second (operating room fee and anesthesiologist) surgery 3 months after the first due to a massive seroma developing which then i went in for weekly needle aspirations for 7 weeks before the surgery, Even then I discussed the problematic areas!
At the end of the day it breaks my heart, i thought i did everything right. I dedicated myself to getting healthy for myself and my family, and dedicated to saving money to better my life to have this surgery. I thought i found "the surgeon" one that cared about me, and i thought i felt heard. Its embarrassing to say I have had surgery
