Amazing experience - you guys have changed my life

I had a tummy tuck procedure with Dr Amir and I can not rave enough about how amazing my experience has been. He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! But from the moment the chauffeur came to pick me up to the moment I was taken into theatre everyone made every effort to make me feel at ease. I cannot stress how amazing every single member of staff is at Bella Vou.

Once I had woken up from theatre my amazing nurse was by my side holding my hand. Amir came in also to confirm that surgery went great and that I did so well (all I did was sleep!) I felt so loved and cared for that it made me emotional. I was shown my results the day after and of course I cried because I didn’t expect it to look that good.

After care has felt so luxurious, from the checkin calls, flowers being sent and the amazing follow up appointments have felt like world class service. There is nothing I could fault Bella Vou on. Everything has been exceptional and I wish everyone getting survey gets to experience this kind of service.
