WORTH IT

Still loving my results! I still swell at the bottom towards the end of the day but it has gotten much better. I've finally started working out my core again and it feels comfortable. Best decision I ever made.

I eat pretty healthy, I don't really eat fried foods, beef, or pork. However I also started watching my salt intake because of the swelling. Carbs have never affected me but sugar does, so I have always watched that as well!

Tomorrow I will be 8 weeks post op, my energy is back and I’m back to working out but no direct core. I’m now only in my faja at night! Swelling is a lot better even with me starting to work out again.
