I chose to travel from IL to Raleigh to have a tummy tuck with liposuction on my abdomen and inner thighs. My first in office appointment was the day before my scheduled surgery and I was blown away with the office atmosphere. Every person I met was phenomenal in all areas (scheduling, professionalism, courteous, prompt, greeted by smiles, etc.).

My circumstances required a virtual visit for my initial consultation. During the virtual visit Dr. Roughton took her time to explain what could be done, what I would expect and she answered all my questions. She spent about 30 minutes with me, she was incredibly personable and I left the consultation feeling calm and confident and ready to tackle the procedure and recovery.

After my procedure she was even more amazing. Not only was I happy with my initial results, I knew it was just going to improve over time. Her surgical expertise and bedside manner are remarkable. She called later that evening to check on me. I am now 2 weeks out and every day I see improvements and am so excited to see my results when I have healed completely. I would and will recommend Dr. Roughton to anyone and everyone. She is a talented surgeon, but also a phenomenal human.

The information is invaluable - it entails the pre-op information, procedural information and recovery information. It was and is my go to even now for all things lipo and tummy tuck.

Dr. Jeremy Pyle has created a wonderful environment for all things cosmetic surgery and medical spa. Whenever I am in town I make sure they are the second call after letting family know I will be in town.
