I am 27 years old and have 3 kids. After my pregnancy 3 years ago, I was left with diastasis recti. I was able to get my 5 finger width seperation down to about a 2 with exercise and it somehow blew back out to 4. I have been waiting patiently for 3 years for this and feel very excited for my upcoming surgery. My experience with Dr. Pederson has been fantastic so far and I can't wait to see what he can do.

Had my tummy tuck yesterday and am doing fantastic. I felt well prepared beforehand thanks to my doctor and I feel like it has already made a difference in how I am recovering. I can't wait to see it without the binder.

Had my follow up appointment today. The drain wasn't ready to come out yet but I feel great otherwise. Swelling is starting to go down too. Hopefully I can get this drain out next week. Next appointment is in 3 weeks with the surgeon.

It gets to be a roller coaster, just take care of you. I had my TT Aug 28 and I have good days and bad days. Just remember everyday you will feel better and better.

That is so true. Somedays I get up and feel fantastic like I could do anything and other days I get up and just want to stay in the chair.

I’m two weeks out from my surgery and I can only hope to see results like yours. How is everything going?
