Finally able to load pics
Ok, so everything has been going really well. I go for my 6 month checkup in a few weeks; I’m really excited. I love my results. I haven’t seen my stomach this flat in 19 years. My incisions healed really well. I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, I tried to do some ab workouts but wasn’t able to do a single on and I had it on the lowest setting, 5 lbs. So I get I’ll be taking it easy. Maybe even start with yoga or Pilates. I did however do a few Zumba classes with no problem. Any suggestions on ab workouts after a tummy tuck would be great.

Cost
Quick update: I thought I included the price of my procedure in my original post. Anywho, my procedure included an arm lift revision along with my tummy tuck. I paid a total of $9281. The tummy tuck and arm revision was $5220 and the rest was anesthesia related fees. It was well worth it.
