To start I want to say, I lost 112lbs by hard work and dedication to myself. Diet changes (counting macros) and strength training. I had excess skin that would NOT go away, I went to Dr. Stratis for a consult and he was so very kind professional and answered all my questions along with his nurse, Ashley. On day of surgery the two nurses in the surgery center were also so wonderful. I am one week post op and I feel GREAT!I know everyone is different but I have had minimal pain, swelling at times but totally normal. I had questions over the weekend and was able to get in touch with Dr. Stratis immediately. He’s super easy to talk to. After 5 days I was able to get my drain out, talked me through the process, let me know what to expect. I have another follow up next Tuesday, I’ll continue to post updated pics here as I have found it super helpful myself to see photos/progress of recovery. I recommend Dr. Stratis and can’t wait til I’m able to get a breast lift by him in the future.
