Where did the time go. This was one amazing ride and I love it. Ypu will surely have ups and down lose a little gain a little however you must keep your diet in check if not the fat can and will come back

So I have been speaking with a couple of ladies who will be having surgery soon and they always ask what to pack and sometimes I notice they ocerpack. You can't think of this surgery as a vacation and a chance to see the sites especially if your going out of the country. There is no need to think of being a fashionista because you won't be as mobile. You won't really want to move so in saying that less is more. A few loose dresses you won't want anything tight a few pairs of under wear I reccoemnd one size larger than you normally wear. I actually didn't really wear all of mine and I took about 5 pairs I was there for 10 days. Now I'm not saying I didn't bathe I just didn't wear the underwear I was irritated miserable and sore I took alot of adult wipes camis socks and toiletries but I kept it very basic all those perfumes and sweet lotions you should leave home. I was able to fit all of my items in my carry on I also took Clorox wipes alot of maxi pads and hand sanitizer. Traveling back home you won't want to deal with a bunch of bags or even large luggage I don't like to check my luggage so I wanted to be sure I had everything but again only packing what I needed

So this journey has been something from eating right to working out, and just trying to keep this figure. It's not as easy as I thought it would be but I gotta maintain I do not want to waste my money. I have seen some dolls who have gained and I don't want a million rounds because I can't keep it together. In saying that I do want to get my arms done but for now I'm going to work on them because If I do another round it won't be until next year. This is a tough journey just know you can do this and I'm here to help if you ladies need anything.
