Just like I did a little ab work. Which I do by the way! It’s sore and I swell but it feels great to be working on my core again!
I have one stitch that’s trying to come out in my belly button so I’m going to see my doc about that tomorrow

My hour glass shape is stating to come back, thank goodness the tree stump torso is starting to fade #byeswelling
Most of my swelling is now in my upper abs and only around the muscle repair which looks kinda funny! But not super noticeable. It’s worse when i do abs in the gym but it doesn’t hurt!

Have u gotten any new stretch marks?how long after tummy tuck were u able to stand up straight? I am 12 days post and still hunched

Wow it took 7 weeks to start getting a waistline back!!! I’ve been so despondent with my results because of not having much of a waistline, but I’m only 2.5 weeks. Guess I really need to be patient. My friends and family often tell me I have zero patience lol!! By the way, you look amazing and very fit!

Swelling is so bad bc you had major surgery!!! Think if you had knee surgery your knees would swell every day right? Your muscles have to heal. I get it I’m impatient too!!! Thanks girl

Check in! Back at crossfit this week full go, no modifications and doing all the ab work. Yesterday did sit ups with a wall ball, ran, biked, Russian twists, side planks. No pain - little swollen today but it felt ????????
