After years of researching and having numerous consultations at home in Canada, I decided to have my surgery at Premium Care Plastic Surgery in Cartagena—and it was the best decision I could have made.

At Premium Care, Dr. Campbell, Dr. Restrepo and Dr. Luna made it possible to achieve my goals in a single surgery with a shorter operative time and an exceptional standard of care.
From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family. The round-the-clock nursing care was phenomenal—every nurse I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. My lymphatic massage therapist, Carmen, was amazing, and I looked forward to my daily visits from Korina, who prepared my meals and kept my room spotless. Her beautiful smile and upbeat energy brought so much joy to my recovery—I truly adored her!
I’m beyond happy with my results and grateful for the experience. Cartagena itself is a dreamy place to recover. I watched breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from my room, and even fireworks on several nights! The recovery suites are beautiful and well-equipped with a pool, hot tubs, gym, and direct access to the mall and grocery store. Whether you want to stay in and relax or explore the beach and the historic walled city, you’ll have the perfect environment for healing.
