One month post op

WORTH IT$11,500
Hello! The incision is fully healed at this point. I have been continuously losing inches and weight. I weighed in at 159 at preop weighing 141 now. Measured at 35 inch waist at preop measuring 28” one month postop. Really am sticking to walking a good amount. I drink warm lemon water every morning, with my vitamins. I still fast 16:8, which means I eat only 8 hours of the day. I don’t drink soda, I watch my salt and sugar intake. But I don’t deprive myself of the goodies. Everything within reason. I have a virtual postop with Dr. Nykiel coming up, which will be about 6 weeks post. I am able to do a lot already this week. Light exercises, I can do a lot myself, I don’t lift anything heavy still, my belly button is looking pretty and my daily personal massage makes sure I have a flat tummy. Wear a size small garment now which is awesome. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. My husband had a hard time the first 4 weeks because I am a new person now. Not only did this change me physically it changed me as a person. I have more confidence in myself and he wants worried that I would bail on him. Ladies, this is completely normal for your man to feel this way. And all the guy needs is kindness and to be reassured. Try and have him help you with your lymphatic massage, hrs him involved and touching you from toes to head. Allows for a barrier to be broken. Trust me, super important for those couples out there. I am so extremely happy with my results, I can’t wait to see where I will be 1 year from now

Recover recover recover!!

Ladies, I cannot stress this enough!
Daily routine for optimal drainage and healing
Drink 3L water no less
1 x12oz warm water and half lemon before any breakfast or vitamins
Walk daily, slow, but gradually increase to get blood flow and circulation. DONT OVER DO IT! Doing too much will lead to infections, torn incisions and can be fatal!
Post nightly shower: spray silver honey wound spray heal, Pat dry, long wear cotton shirt then put on my garment then the binder. All day all night every day!
And lastly no lifting and get sleep.
Preop: waist 32”
1st day post op: waist 34”
15 days post op: waist 30”
Started lymphatic massage, please find a nurse practitioner and NOT a massage therapist, the nurse will know exactly how to manipulate correctly and wound care and if there are any emergencies.
I have my last drain out, phew, such a relief. All is going well. Xoxo

Amazing care, compassion & results - best in the Upland/Newport area!

Dr. Nykiel and his staff changed my life! I am a new me, no longer in hiding or in fear of being judged by how I look, nor judging myself for how I look. Dr. Nykiel made me feel like someone who deserves change, with realistic goals and truly listened to me and my concerns. He and his staff, sx coordinator Tamantha, NP Marie, Anesthesiologist Julia, Megen the surgical coordinator 2, ALL had one priority, ME.

And this was 2 years before I paid my surgery in full. This team is phenomenal and truly Godsend individuals. I am so grateful for their patience with me and my family and their undeniable compassion!!! After 4 BIG c section babies and a lot of weight loss I had saggy loose skin that Dr. Nykiel transformed! I have a flat tummy with my abs lines back and the most beautiful belly button ever. Thank you again for your amazing support, so much love for this team. For more indepth review follow my updates
