I wanted to just send an update now that my body has fully healed and especially since I gained back about 10lbs just to show that my stomach still remains the same regardless of the weight gain. I was dealing with depression due to a very sick family member and work stress so I didn't feel as motivated to work out, ate whatever I wanted for months but I am back on my fitness routine and looking forward to getting back into shape!
Scar
Only complaint is that my scar is itchy from time to time and there's little hairs that grow in every month ( I tweeze them) but all good. My scar remains flat for the most part and to me the area has darkened a bit but no one ever sees it and my husband doesn't care lol. I still want a little lipo to the sides but I can always wait for that.
Lipo
After my weight gain I haven't seen any fat return to the areas that was lipoed ( lower back and flanks), There are times when I feel bloated and think I have a tummy but then I look at pics and realize its just an illusion.
Overall
Still loving my results, due to my weight gain people think I got a BBL because the fat has been going to the thigh, booty and breast ( I went from a 34D to a DD and my hip/booty went from a 38 to now measuring 40), also my waist isn't as curved because I stopped wearing my waist trainer but I am still wearing a size 4/6. My goal is to lose some of the weight I gained and tone up.
I contemplated getting a BBL when I first started exploring surgery but honestly, I am so glad I didn't because my results are definitely giving and no shade to my BBL queens but I don't think I would be handle any more booty than I already have. To sum it up, I still look great in my clothes and am satisfied with the overall result!
Recommendations: if you are someone that is contemplating a BBL vs Lipo with TT I would look at your current body shape and really think about it. I have friends that already had nice butts and went the BBL route and now years later with weight gain they regret the size. I think the lipo with TT is a great option for women that may worry about getting too big of a booty size because the TT alone gives a smaller waist and gives the illusion everything else is bigger plus you can still have an hour glass shape with the proper exercise and waist training if thats what you want. I appreciate all the positive comments from everyone and I am so glad my reviews have been helpful!

6 months post op

I’m 6 months post op, my scar is still flat for the most part. I have been massaging the area where the lipo was on my lower back and have a small pocket of fat on one side that I may have to get removed. Sometimes the area will burn especially if i am lying in bad on that side. Dr Hoffman said it can be done in office but he wants to see me at 9 mos post op to see if it will go down.

You're looking fantastic! Did you have drains or was this a drainless TT?

I had two drains. One was removed after a week and the other fell out 3 days later but the Dr told me it was fine

Where is the pocket?

Oh pocket of fat! I should change that but it’s a little fatty lump on the right side in one photo. He told me to keep massaging it to see if it goes down

You look great! I have a little fatty pocket on my sides and hope this can be fixed. Your scar looks awesome! What did you use for your scar healing?

I had my 6 month post op appointment a few days ago! Scar is itchy at times but so far so good. I have been consistent with my light exercise routine and my measurements are 34/28/39. I was 146 the day I went in for surgery and I currently weigh 129lbs which is a comfortable weight for me and I don’t have to really purchase a lot of new clothes since I am pretty much in the same size I was pre-surgery.

You look amazing and your scar is flat and almost invisible. Are you satisfied with your results so far at 6 months PO?

How did you lose the weight? I’m wondering if I should lose weight before the surgery or not.

I started working out 6 months before surgery, I definitely think it can help with recovery
