Didn't tell me he couldn't do liposuction on my pouch area until after the tummy tuck was done

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is surgery, so I will leave my honest opinion. Receptionist are super sweet, the Dr is nice, everyone was polite, I just didn't like my results. My pouch was a concern for me, so tt is what I wanted plus lipo. I asked questions, but the bad thing is that he is in and out without much details on what is going to happen, nor advice on what to do after the procedure besides heal, eat right, so on. He didn't recommended a faja or lymphatic massages, or anything for the scar. So I paid for my tt plus my lipo. He did do lipo in other areas but didn't do my pouch, my problem area. After I was able to look at my scar I noticed he left part of my belly button on the tt line. He offered in room procedure, but I still needed lipo on my stomach, since he didn't tell me he couldn't do lipo on my pouch area until after the tt was done. He said it was bc the tissue could die, which I understand but he could have told me he wasn't going to do lipo on my stomach instead of me paying. I had to pay 3k more for an or to get my "lipo" done again. I still have a pouch.
