After my tummy tuck liposuction pain and swelling/bulging?

The swelling/ bulging is unbelievable, I feel tired of trying to hold my abs in, it becomes so painful. I delete previous photos as it was not clear, these ones are better quality photos as the previous ones didn’t show clearly the huge bump.

Last year November 2023, had tummy tuck and vaser & laser liposuction 360. My back hurts low/mid in the middle like my muscles at front is pulling it off my back, secondly my lower abdominal will not subside from everyday pain like a tight feeling. My belly looks big like i am bloated but i am not, it retracts when I pull my muscles together again so I am so confused to what is going on DR keeps telling me this will get better it has not my incision hurts still looks purple slightly and massaging it feels painful too but to him its all a process and its ok. If anyone please has any answers or see something advise me to be it looks like the incision internal and TT one is breaking down.
