My stomach still swells and I feel bloated all the time

I am currently over a year post op with tummy tuck and Lipo to flanks only. Immediately after surgery on the following day which was post op i lorises that one side of my stomach was bigger than the other side. I was told by the post op nurse Victoria to wait 6 months to see my results and that i was swollen at the time. Well fast forward to maybe 3 weeks in i begin had openings on one side of my incision , which i then noticed that my incision was completely different, one side was stitched to perfection while the other side was terribly done, forcing me to believe that 2 different surgeons worked on my body at once , it had been an emotional journey , i have tried to reach out to 305 plastic surgery which was the name of the surgery center at that time and have gotten no help at all, i even tried having a virtual consultation with Dr Goldberg but was told that he doesn’t do virtual consultations and the whole time it’s videos of him conducting those seem virtual consultations on instagram, i begged to speak to him just so he could see what my body looks like , and what type of Jon that he has done on my body, o spoke to the post op manager who goes by Wilmary and I’m still waiting on a response from her in regards to the bulge above my belly button that has not gone away, I’ve been waiting since September 2022 for a response from anyone, at the time of my surgery i didn’t have the proper knowledge to know what to look for or to recognize red flags , I’m left with having to either get more survey or live with this botched tummy, i don’t recommend Dr Paul Goldberg to anyone , doesn’t matter how low the price is ,or how good it sounds please do your research before making a decision . I will attach pics to see if anyone can give me some insight or guidance on what to do now, my stomach still swells and i feel bloated all the time i have no idea what is wrong
