Hello. I am 28 years old and a mother of 2 beautiful children. I had a TT with lipo Tuesday (December 7, 2021). I am doing a review just to help other ladies make the right decision :)
Today I had my first follow up appointment (12-14-21) and they took one drain out. It didn't hurt but it felt weird and uncomfortable. My husband was able to take a picture of me and even though I'm still swollen I already love how it's looking. Ladies, we as mothers do so much for other. It's time to do this one thing for ourselves. I'm so glad I did it. One of the best decisions I have ever made! I went to Plastic Surgery Association of South Dakota and Dr Miller was the doctor who operated me.

I had my last drain removed yesterday (12-20-21). It was a little painful but I had a feeling it would since this drain was in longer and it was a nurse who removed it for me. When my first drain got removed it was my doctor who did it so i don’t know if that’s why this time it hurt. To be honest I’m not sure but I don’t care. The pain wasn’t that much anyways and I’m SSOOO happy I don’t have any drains now because they were low key uncomfortable and it would sometimes hurt when I would accidentally touch/moved them. The nurses are so sweet by the way and I’m scheduled to be seen again by Dr. Miller in 4 weeks.

I’m super itchy and it’s uncomfortable to sleep since I’m in a recliner still.
The pain is all gone I just feel numb and it feels tight. I am trying to sit up and stand up more straight. When I do this it does feel like I’m stretching out my incision but im doing it slowly every day. Also I do feel very tight on my upper abdomen, like between my breast. I’m going to call the nurse and see if that’s normal.
Besides that there’s not much of a change. I’m very bored since I can’t really do that much things and I can’t go outside since it’s winter where I’m at. I take it day by day but I’m starting to get kind of depressed. I think it might be that I’m limited. But I know this isn’t forever so I’m trying to stay positive.
