Tummy Tuck/Lipo of the Flanks/Fat Transfer to Hip Dips

I did not want to leave AZ without my tummy tuck! I'm military and before leaving AZ I promised myself to gain my confidence and my tummy tuck would be it. After having my second baby I knew I was ready! Once I had my first baby I was extremely self conscious about my tummy. I would wear every high waisted and oversized shirts... making me look even bigger than I really was. I'm super excited for my transformation!
I was recommended by my friend, Dr. Brown is extremely amazing. He's a certified surgeon, a husband, a father, and most importantly a friend! I say friend because of the way he makes you feel and understands your concerns. Through his consultation he makes sure you are the patient is comfortable and makes sure to explain and answer any questions. His staff are a reflection of him, they really make you feel like you are their only patient. Can't wait!

Super excited for pre op appointment! Turns out I lost another 3 pounds without even trying. Dr. Browns staff are just amazing, pictures were taken along with a full description of the procedures and what to expect. Felt really comfortable and all my questions were answered. I was even offered to FaceTime them in case I had any questions regarding my drainage tubes. I was told my surgery would take up to 7 hours. That’s a fully tummy tuck with lipo of the back flank and fat transfer to my hip dips. Wow! I’m sure it’s because of Dr. Brown’s attention to details! I can’t wait to see my new belly button.

I’ll be staying the night at a recovery facility to ensure everything goes smoothly after the procedure… doctors requirement for this kind of procedure. I’m really looking forward to staying in this luxury house for the night! Wish me good luck!

Side note: I’m 2 days out from surgery day! I have been taking vitamin C and arnica tablets for a week now to prep for surgery. I have also had 2 Lymphatic massages, these are supposed to help with removing toxins from the body. Highly recommend before surgery to get your body ready!

I feel amazing! In the morning I felt very bloated due to my menstrual cycle. Go figure just my luck hahaha. My husband drove me to the outpatient surgery center and we arrived around 0630. There’s was a couple forms I signed then have to provide a pregnancy test… of course it was never. My IV was started and a a good explanation of the procedure and what to expect was given. Spoke to the anesthesiologist for a good time, she ensuring I was knowledgeable of her part in my surgery.

Then I saw the VIP! Dr. Brown!
He makes me all up and elaborated on the procedure. This guy is just an amazing human being. Please follow him. He provides very knowledgeable information. He’s so approachable and opens it up for his followers to ask questions. I believe I messaged hm on IG regrading a procedure he posted and I honestly didn’t expect a reply back. Just because he seems so busy. It made my day when he replied and it was so fast too. To me a doctor like him that exposes himself on social media with his procedures means a lot. Really shows his confidence and his pride he takes doing what he loves! He also has a bomb book! I’ll provide his info below. This book I’ve read twice now! Such a good book…2 years ago he did a lift with breast implants. And he did amazing. This book (The Real Beauty Bible) you can order is from Amazon!- covers all the procedures he does. Covers in depth and provides so many examples, to include pictures. Goes over finances and how to prepare for the biggest investment of your life. I have a lot of respect for him. He changes lives on the daily.
