WORTH IT$18,000
I really wanted to share my 3 month update! I have recently moved to Alabama and have not posted much on here. I’m in the Air Force and initially as you all recalled I mentioned I didn’t want to leave Arizona without having Dr.Brown doing my tummy tuck. My recovery has honestly been amazing. I did have to find a lymphatic massage place to continue. My new masseuse was so impressed with my results and scaring. I have added some pictures. I am still bloated from time to time especially with certain foods and when it comes to that time of the month. I know there’s no excuses but the holidays have really taken a hit on how I eat currently and need to get it together.

Question: I’m AF too & considering getting a TT/MR/ & breast lift soon. How soon will you be able to work out and complete a Fitness Assessment? Only thing I worried about. Lol. Thanks in advance for the help. Also you look very good!!

Hey queen, I made sure to book my surgery right before my fitness test, I did need a doctors note that restricted me from all the components for 6 weeks. I took my last fitness tes with a profile and only waist and weight. It really comes down to your planning.

You look great!!! Did you have to stay off of your butt like a usual bbl? Even though yours was just transfer to hip dips?? Also how to you recover from but and tummy/breasts at the same time?? Like can’t lay on front or back!??? Im gunna get a tummy tuck in a couple of years and also want fat transfer to hip dips.

Honestly I didn't do anything to stay off my butt since it was just fat transfer to hip dips. I layes on my back and still do for most of my recovery. I didn't feel like I needed a bbl just my deep intentions from my hip dips were my big concern. The back lipo help me get that snatched looked and now my butt looks bigger. I got my breast done in 2018 and recently the tummy tuck. I'm not sure about the recovery with getting breast, tummy tuck, and fat transfer.

Yesterday I hit my month post op! I feel amazing the swelling has definitely gone down. I’m able to move more comfortable and abs feel more like myself. Still taking the daily arnica teas and eating my daily portion of pineapple to help with bloating and swelling.

How much pineapple do we need to eat? I’m 6 weeks post op and while I’m much smaller my lower abdomen looks like a swollen little baby bump. I’ve had 3 infections, taking a daily shot now for staph and have an open wound. I’m waiting until I’m healed to post my review and see how it all ends up. Congrats on yours

Just an update! Also a month post op, currently a week shy from hitting the month! My recovery process has hands down been the smoothest and fast! I’m convinced it’s been due to a combination of things… #1: the surgeon is key! Dr. Brown is the best! #2 : Lymphatic massages- I’ve had a little over 12 lymphatic massages. #3 : being healthy and staying healthy. I was able to lay flat on my belly since last week with no pain and no struggle. I also massage myself in the shower and lotion up after with a quick 5 minute massage to break up the scar tissue. I’m still numb in my front and back.
Today I had another follow up with my doctor! Scar is looking great. I will be starting scar therapy in a week and I have also started red light therapy to help with the swelling and inflammation.
I’ll be leaving AZ in a week, so if you ever come to AZ come to see Dr. Brown! … I literally said f*** the Grand Canyon!

You look amazing, and I have really appreciated all of the updates and your detailed insight! Did you also have your breasts done with this procedure? I’m also in Phoenix, and am trying to get a rough idea of how much everything costs. You look fabulous, and I will be checking out Dr. Brown.

I had my breast done in 2019 implants and lift by Dr. Brown. Then a year later I got pregnant and even though I didn't breast feed I feel like my breast sit lower due to the way my body changed during pregnancy. Dr. Brown is truly the bomb though, I highly recommend his book since it has a lot of information about all the surgeries he preforms. I do have my before and after for my breast too. But didn't add it to the review because they weren't done with my tummy tuck. In my opinion you save money getting everything done together. There's a lot of fees like facility fees and what not that you can avoid by just getting the whole mommy make over and the price will all be included. Just remember that your body is your best investment! Some times we overthink the price but at the end of the day it's investing in yourself. Some of my friends decided to go the cheaper route and to be honest their results show and so did their recovery. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I'm sure your are just drop dead gorgeous right now but with the help of Dr. Browns work and techniques he definitely changes our lives! My confidence is off the roof... no one can tell me nothing haha.

Your recovery has been smooth.. reading it gives me some courage that the pain may not be so bad. I am honestly not worried about the money only the recovery!

Honestly I over thought the recovery... it helped staying over night in the care facility. I remember The nursed pushed morphine on me that night and it helped with pain. I stopped the pain meds after the 3rd or 4th day because I no longer had pain it was just swelling but if your do the lymphatic drainage massages every other day for a week an half then after 2 massages a week you will be golden. I can't emphasize the lymphatic massages and following your doctors advice. Having a doctor that is very interactive with you and your surgery helps a lot in preparing you and making you feel more comfortable for what's to come! A lot is mental during your recovery and patience. At the end it's all worth it!
