After surgery it still requires you to do the work. I still eat clean and do eat treats here and there. People believe that once you do surgery you don’t have to do much else but you have to maintain it by taking care of your health and body.

3 years now since I went to see Dr. Miami and I’m still looking pretty small and fit in my tummy area.

Update!
I am almost 3 years out from my tummy tuck and lipo 360 done with Dr. Miami and I still like my results alot.
