It’s been a year and I LOVE the results. Here are a few things with recovery that I didn’t expect (but it is still SO worth it and I will do it again)
- bloating and swelling for me slowed down around month 6 or 7. At month 12 I swell/bloat around that time of month or I if went super intense on a workout that involved a lot of core, plyo etc.
-My stomach is still numb-ish. I can now feel it but nothing close to before the surgery
-stomach still feels tight (like I am wearing a girdle inside ... which technical I am). Most of the time it doesn’t bother me. But some days I def feel it
Overall Dr. Song and his staff is amazing, I love my results, and it was worth every penny

Has been 3 months ...I am VERY happy the scar placement ... and how it is healing. I still have swelling ... usually after I workout or at night. But it’s minimum.
Not wearing any compression garments (stopped at 6 weeks). I do wear my waist trainer when I work out but I was doing that before the surgery.
100% satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend dr. Song. His staff is amazing, his beside manner is amazing and they were always responsive. And he does amazing work at a grad price.

Yes I did have my consultation. It was really good and very thorough. He took his time and answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. The next day his coordinator emailed me to review everything again. It was a good consultation.

Everything healed great. I have nothing but glowing reviews. Even after a year I text him a question (he gives you his number when you are a patient) and he responded within hours.
