3 Months Post Op Extended Tummy Tuck - Living and Loving My Results

WORTH IT
I am 3 months post op at this point. I am having some personal struggles with my weight, but that is all on me. I am up about 15 lbs from where I was before surgery. Just know, if you are reading this post operatively and have the same issue, you are not alone. Ab workouts have gotten easier. I still don’t have my full strength back. Working on myself every day!

I am LOVING my results and I am so grateful for Dr. Brownlee. Always love our visits and her kind encouragement!

It gets EASIER and it gets BETTER!! Hang in there! YOU GOT THIS!! I am still up on my weight after surgery, but I am feeling so AMAZING!!! I am loving my results. This past week, my ab workouts have gotten easier. I can tell I am building back up the strength in those muscles. The tenderness is almost gone. Going to keep working on the scar massage and using the silicone gel to get the best possible results I can get.

Dr. Brownlee still stays in contact with me to check on my progress! I love this personal touch that is so rare to find these days!

6 Weeks Post Op Extended Tummy Tuck - Results

Pics from my 6 week post op mark. I am cleared to get back in the gym at this point but still have to wear compression for 6 more weeks. The scar is already looking good. I am still up on my weight a bit since surgery and need to work that back off. Will take some time, but I am not going to give up on myself or let Dr. Brownlee down.
