Such AMAZING people at Beyond Beautiful! I recently had my extended tummy tuck and lipo 360 with Dr. Pamela Brownlee. From the first phone call to schedule my consultation, through pre-op, surgery, and every follow up appointment, I have felt so loved and cared for by everyone. I have never felt like I was just a number, I feel like I am part of their family. I look forward to my future follow up appts.
Mrs. Miriam is the EPIC medical assistant that always makes me feel at ease prior to Dr. Brownlee checking in on me. She totally had me prepared for my surgery and made sure I understood all the pre and post op requirements. She even made a hotel visit to see me and assist me after my surgery. This meant so much to me and I will never forget that NEXT LEVEL care. .
Mrs. Tami has been absolutely AWESOME at answering all my questions and helping me with my pre-op paperwork. She has also been one of my biggest cheerleaders from start to finish. I love how fast she answers texts, calls, or emails. When my wife and I were staying in the Plano area after my surgery, she was able to help us with some great local restaurants.
Every one of the ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly.
I am not even 5 weeks out from my surgery with Dr. Brownlee and I am already loving my life-changing results. If you are looking for a great surgeon and a great office staff, you have come to the right place. Everyone will take such great care of you and will be cheering you on the whole way. They are all so very personable and will be with you to guide you along the whole process, so you have nothing to worry about. The first review was for Beyond Beautiful, this is the true review for Dr. Pamela Brownlee.
I had the BEST surgery experience I could have ever experienced with Dr. Pamela Brownlee. I had an extended tummy tuck and lipo 360 on 2/19/24. My results at 6 weeks are AWESOME!! I can’t wait to see how much better it will be at 3-6 months! I no longer have loose skin or those annoying love handles (muffin top). From the first time I contacted her on social media, through every pre-op appt, surgery day, post-op appt, and recovery, she has been there for me 100% of the time. I love that she is so personable and gives her patients her personal cell phone number. During my recovery, there were times I contacted her early in the morning or very late at night and she was always so quick to respond to any need I had.
My results are incredible, and the experience was so AMAZING! If you are willing to read below, you may just find a reason Dr. Brownlee is the right surgeon for you.
What sets Dr. Brownlee apart from other surgeons is how personable she is, her keen eye for detail, and her specialized training in aesthetic plastic surgery. I am only 6 weeks out from my surgery, my scar is already so thin and light. Dr. Brownlee spends the extra time on the fine details, so you get the best results possible. I had very minimal pain or discomfort from my surgery. Her pain regimen is on point.
Dr. Brownlee told me from the very beginning that I would not be alone on my surgery journey, and she has kept that promise. She checked on me in the lobby of the surgery center on surgery day before I had even signed in that morning. There is always a little anxiousness going into surgery, but knowing I had Dr. Brownlee there with me the entire time and that she was going to take care of me meant the world to me. She had told me that I would see her after my procedure but may not remember seeing her. She wanted me to know that she was going to be there even if I did not know or remember. I do actually remember a few things from PACU. I remember Dr. Brownlee standing beside my bed talking to me. I remember her showing me my on the table results after my surgery. What I remember the most and what meant the most to me is when Dr. Brownlee carried my belongings to the car for me as I was being wheeled out of the surgery center to my wife’s car. She checked on my wife and my little girl to make sure they were doing well. She did not just take care of me; she took care of my family. Dr. Brownlee has a servant’s heart. She loves people and will go above and beyond to provide the best care for her patients.
During my recovery, my bellybutton was having an issue with slow healing. Dr. Brownlee was on it from the very beginning and took extra steps to help it heal properly. Her medical assistant came to our hotel one day so that we would not have to get back out that day. She had us follow up every day thereafter for the first week to make sure things were going in the right direction. She was on top of everything. I have also experienced the emotional roller coaster that comes along with surgery. Dr. Brownlee’s words to me were, “whenever you have these moments, call me and let’s go through it together”. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard, “you are not alone in this”. She has been right there with me the whole way. The words of encouragement along the way have been so meaningful and spot on. I have heard, “you did it!”, “I am so proud of you!”, “you got this!”, “look how far you have come!”, and “I have faith in you!”. She is truly a special person.
If you are looking for a very personable surgeon who will be with you every step of the way, that has some incredible talent and skills, will deliver incredible results, will treat you like you are part of her family, will be your biggest cheerleader and support person, and change your life forever, then you should consider Dr. Brownlee to be your top choice. She has changed my life forever! I am so happy to have had the opportunity to meet her and have her perform my surgery. THANK YOU, Dr. Brownlee! I am so grateful for you.

30 days post op pictures.

Pics below showing my results after only 30 days post op from my extended tummy tuck surgery. I am still early in the process, but looking great already! My amazing surgeon made the incisions so tiny. I believe it will be almost invisible once healed.
