Tummy tuck and Lipo

7 months after my tummy tuck and liposuction , I'm unhappy with my results.

First I would like to say I had naturally wide curvy hips that I was comfortable with. The doctor did liposuction on my thighs now I'm shaped like a rectangle. He was supposed to just make my thighs smaller! Second My main reason for getting the Tummy tuck was to correct a lump in my stomach from a previous liposuction procedure and to removed my hernia. My hernia is no longer giving me pain so I assume the doctor was successful with that. My stomach is still not flat btw I'm 3lbs smaller than my pre-op weight. My stomach is hard , uneven and my scar is very dark. I followed all the Post-op instructions to the letter. I'm so miserable when I look at my body. My body looks worse now than before I got the tummy tuck. The doctor is really nice and has wonderful bedside manner. However I still regret paying $11,500 for this tummy and lipo biggest mistake of my life.

Before TT I didn’t have loose skin and my goal was not to have a flat stomach it was only to get the lumps out and to have my hernia removed. I had three C-sections, my stomach looked better than a lot of women. I had no scratch marks on my stomach my skin was still tight. The only problem I explain to the surgeon was that my previous Lipo left me with a lumps on my stomach and that was my main concern and to have my hernia repaired. I don’t understand why he felt that a TT would give me better results than just doing Lipo at this point I wish I would have just kept the lumps instead of being left with this ugly scar and painful experience.

Wow. I am so sorry this happened to you. It does seem like because you didn't have loose skin that there is no stretch so your skin was already so tight that it is ripping because no elasticity. I hope it heals to where you can feel somewhat better. He needs to get beat.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I know it’s not much consolation but I’ve seen lots of women on here with major issues or necrosis and when everything finally heals, most of them still look amazing and the scar is not as noticeable as you think. I hope you recover nicely! Keep us posted.

Here’s an update ladies and gentlemen. I still am not pleased with my results .I am still getting massages my Skin continues to pull sting and burn. I am so distraught. I will try to put some before pictures, before I had this TT to let you guys see my previous C-section scar and see how I didn’t have loose skin.

Do you have any updates? And more before/after pics? It’s hard to tell exactly what I’m looking at. I hope that you are doing better now.
