Scar...
WORTH IT$8,400
I am so pleased with my scar at 5 weeks.
I have been massaging my scar using vitamin e oil and rose hip oil in the morning and at night. The scar is flat and not as gruesome as I expected. I am VERY pleased. It sits low too so you know what that means—— BIKINIIIIIs

Pics!
Started off very petite (99lbs) and gained a ton of weight while carrying two children (separately). With my daughter, I gained 60 lbs. She was huge so I was left with this stomach. It wasn’t huge but full of stretch marks and loose skin that I dreaded tucking into my pants when I got ready for the day. It was a burden for sure.
Thank God that tummy is a thing of the past!
I have new found confidence and pride in myself.
This is my first surgery ever.
I was a little nervous but Dr. T and is staff made me feel so comfortable and safe.
Dr. T really did his thing with me!
I can’t say thank you enough.
My current measurements at 5 weeks post op are 32-25-38.

Did you sleep in a recliner? How long before you could stand upright?

My Journey
I am so excited about my results!
•Perfect belly button.
•Beautiful scar.
•No pain at all
I know I am only 5 weeks post op but I am so thrilled with this experience. Swelling is minimal but I still wear my compression garment.
Recommendation: Get the experal! It made a world of a difference. I used the prescribed pain relief for 3 days and did not need it anymore.
I slept in a recliner for 2 weeks. I def recommend having a recliner and appropriate cushion for underneath your legs.
I have read numerous reviews from others who had a TT and bought all the recommended supplies.
Used: Recliner, Compression socks, stool softeners, robe, cane
Didn’t use: Icy Hot pads for back, arnica gel, shower seat, ear plugs for belly button, maxi pads, toilet riser

I need the tummy tuck for medical reasons. But I've been putting it off because of reviews I read years ago of women being in agony for weeks. With the special pain management you received, it wasn't that bad? Sorry, I'm just also dealing with PTSD so I'm overly anxious about surgery and stuff like that.
I was a little nervous from reading reviews, too. The Exparel was great for me. My tummy was tight but not painful. It wasn't bad at all. I felt like I had a really good day at the gym. My muscles were sore but I was not in excruciating pain. My back hurt more than my tummy from being hunched. That's nothing a back rub and some icy hot can't relieve. I was off the extra strength tylenol after day 4. Good Luck!
You look great! I had my tummy tuck 1 week ago, I also had the exparel( lifesaver) no pain! Being hunched over is what really sucked? Any advice on how you got to stand straight?
Thanks babe! Congrats on your TT! Being hunch over really did suck. Don't rush the process though. it can stretch your scar! I just use icy hot patches for my back and used extra support when I sat or laid down. I stool up completely straight by day 16. it sounds long but if you get maximum result by slowing standing up--take it slow babe!
Thankyou I will definitely take your advice!
