I lost 65 lbs and met my first weight loss goal. I promised myself that once I got here, I would supplement with some cosmetic surgery. My friend got a mini (lower) tummy tuck and loved it. So I went for a consult. I knew immediately this is what I want to do! I was scheduled for the next week. Two days before my surgery, I tested positive for COVID-19! :-( There was no way I could be positive I haven't left my house! Plus my adult kids tested negative so I knew something was wrong. I got tested again and it was negative this time so I was ready to reschedule. August 26 I had my pre-op. It did not go well because my surgeon insisted I need a full TT which he only does in his private practice. It would cost more and would not include lipo for upper, lower abs, flanks, bra and back. So my consultant suggested changing to one of their more experienced surgeons willing to work with me. Which meant ANOTHER delay. He's not available until October 14! Ugh. I just want to get this over with. It's all I think about. She said she would slip me in earlier if something opens up. I'm praying something opens up soon.

I’m fully paid for my mini-tummy tuck, waist, bra/back, and upper/lower ab lipo. Except now I’m doubting myself and wondering if I should have done the full tummy tuck. Ugh! I didn’t want to do it at first because to include all of those other things AND a full TT it was going to cost a lot more. See this is why I need to hurry up and get this over with. The more time I have thinking about it, the crazier I’m making myself. I hope they are able to squeeze me in next week!

Yay for scheduled surgery. & congratson t weight loss that's great! I know you mentioned cost is playing a factor in your choice of mini or full tummy tuck. I say just take time to decide if the extra money is worth the results . That way you don't want a revision , which can cost you even more later on . Best of Luck on our surgery !

They called me yesterday and said they had a cancellation and I needed to come in right away for the preop! I was literally in the middle of getting a Brazilian and told her “hurry up I can’t miss this chance!” Which reminds me, I’ve been looking at all the TT pics and ALL y’all beauties have a Brazilian so I had to get one too for my “after” pics. Lol. Anyway, I’m soooo ready. I’ll update and post pics later today or tomorrow. Toodles!
