Journey to a Flat Tummy 2/8/2022

Pain is almost non existent. Numb in some areas around the incision and I’m so itchy! I think it’s because I still have the original incision tape on because my 2 week post op appointment had to get rescheduled until tomorrow due to a big snow storm we had. The bruising is definitely fading. I feel super flat in the mornings but as the day goes on, the swelling increases. I’ve lost a total of 11 pounds since my pre surgical appointment. So far very happy with my results! I will update after my appointment tomorrow.

Definitely feeling more like myself. Drains were taken out last night and it certainly was uncomfortable and slightly painful. I was able to shower today and I feel so much better! My PS said to give it a couple more days of walking hunched over to be safe. I’m really tight, numb in some areas and very swollen. My next appointment is in a week and he’ll clean the incision and remove my sutures. Then I will be able to wear the faja I purchased instead of the binder.

Day 3 post op. Can get up on my own and move around slowly. Very sleepy and had a little nausea earlier. Took my binder off to look for the first time and I am very swollen and bruised (especially my sides and hips) from the lipo. Also, I have 2 drains that do not seem to be draining too much fluid and starting to turn more clear.
