Consultation review: inaccurate consultation

I was quoted for the wrong procedure in my consult. I live in North Carolina and I traveled to Miami Florida for this tummy tuck. They told me 12 hours away in North Carolina that I would need only a full tummy tuck. On the day of my surgery in Miami Florida again that's 12 hours away from my hometown in North carolina, I was told no I would need a fluer de lis tummy tuck and not a full tummy tuck. I was so disappointed. I really feel that I should be given a tummy tuck revision for free simply because I trusted what the physician that looked at my consult photos told me. I went ahead with the full tummy tuck because I drove 12 hours to get this done. I only had the money for the full tummy tuck because that's what I was told I needed. I would have had the money for the Fleur de lis tummy tuck if I hadn't been told correctly from the start. To make things worse they are not even taking any accountability for this, they are turning it back on me like it's my fault that I was incorrectly informed.
I have attached a screenshot of my consult and as you can see nothing was mentioned about a Fluer de lis.
