Tummy tuck with MR, HR, Lipo on flanks after 3 kids

I just booked my TT surgery for Dec 5. After years of looking at my wrinkle and bulging belly especially after the third child, I have decided that it's time for me to a stronger core that will carry me into the rest of my life (turning 40 in Few months) and finally go for that full marathon that I always want to accomplish (I have competed in half marathon a few times). I have 3 boys: 12,8, and 4. I gained about 60lbs for each pregnancy. I am 4'11" weight 110lbs. I love to run and swim and have an active lifestyle. Last year I had BA and lift to fix my deflated, sagging breasts from breastfeeding and pumping. I am in the best shape I ever been in my life and I just want my body to reflect how I feel about myself. I can't wait to get my tummy fixed and move on to the next chapter of my life.

At consultation, my PS told me that I had a small amount of fat on my posterior flanks, he does not think I need Lipo on them because I look more like “after” then “before” of most his patiences, but he said, if it bother me, I can add Lipo during my tummy tuck, but this is additional cost ($2800) because he has to start me face down first for this before turn me face up to start tummy tuck. The frontal flanks Lipo is included with all tummy tuck that my PS performs, but my fat deposit is in the back that can’t be reached with the standard frontal Lipo. I am already prepared financially to pay for additional Lipo if it helps give me get more of the hour-glass figure, but I am not sure if it will. In the mean time, I think I could use Lipo on my inner thighs for a more overall contour of my body, and my inner thighs definitely bother me a lot more and longer than my posterior flanks.
