Horrible experience - I will need more surgery because of this

It is sad when everyone who sees your stomach says how bad or botched it looks! He stated from the beginning that he did not believe the doctors on IG get patients the results they post. That it was not realistic and they are most likely photoshopped! It should have been red flag number one.On top of that the only photos I had available to me where from RealSelf. He works out of the Cleveland Clinic and during my surgery (and for no given explanation) I was given an IV in my foot which resulted in a very bad bacterial infection in that foot that required surgery and partial bone loss of my 4th metatarsal.My stomach was like a round ball coming out of surgery. Yes, he cut off my fupa but did not do the lipo that I requested so I am left with a very distended stomach AND bone loss in my foot. I almost forgot my tiny hole of a belly button. I will need more surgery because of this so 1 Abdominoplasty with this surgeon has cost me 2 more operations! I am miserable.
