I had an abdominoplasty with liposuction on the hip, and at the two-month mark, I have not had any complications with healing. (Note for women considering this procedure: a diet change post-op will significantly help with the swelling, at least it did in my case. I needed to lose weight beforehand but was not motivated to do so.) The surgery preop process seemed quick but efficient, which I appreciated, leaving no time to worry as this was my first surgical procedure.
