Great Doctor Amazing Results but Staff is Not to Great

Dr Santos is a great owner to his craft. I had surgery July 2022. I had TT, MR, Lipo 360 and BBL. He was extremely nice, well mannered and humble. He also took his time and answered all of my concerns and questions.DR Santos gave me real expectations and definitely instilled in me with his expertise and experience a level of confidence. His wound specialist was very nice and so was his medical assistant. However his secretary is not so nice and she’s def lacking some bedside manners and basic human empathy. The answering system you are directed to for after care is def not the best, I felt alone through the process after my surgery was done. I also did not appreciate or like the method of collecting payment and the lack of communication of his secretary and after care answering system.other than that my results have been great. My surgery was a complete success and he has definitely aided in boosting my confidence. It’s been 2 years and I still have a great shape, and have of course aided in my success by maintaining a great nutritional eating habit. Santos is a true artist to his craft and his personality and bedside manner is amazing a true gentleman. He just needs to invest in having a better support system around him with the exception of his wound specialist and medical assistant who are both great. He should improve on the facilitation of payment especially for those traveling to the DR for surgery. Dr Santos is highly educated, knowledgeable and professional.
