So far so good

Today I have been crying happy tears. I lost 100lbs and still saw this 300lb girl in the mirror. Dr Rechner has changed my life and I FINALLY look in the mirror and I am so proud of what I accomplished. For the first time in my life I really love myself, it’s amazing.
