Ok so I’m 10 days post op and I feel good today. Im no longer taking any pain medication and I finished my antibiotic course yesterday.
On my post op check up the nurse was surprised at how quickly I am healing. I have been taking the following supplements to support my recovery:
Collagen 1,2&3 with vitamin C
Arnica
Bromelain
Turmeric
Antihistamine (to stop itching)
I’ve just compared some side photos to see progress and considering I’m still really swollen there is a huge difference from the muscle repair. It’s one of the things I first noticed is how much better I feel from the muscle repair alone.

Went to the hospital for check up on how everything is healing. It’s the first time I have seen my scar and new belly button! The nurse was pleased with how fast my scar is healing. I’m so pleased with Mr Liew’s work he has taken great care of me. My scar and belly button are so thin and neat! Totally exceeded my expectations.

Please keep updating, its so nice to see the progress, I am nearly 100% sure that I’ll be having my TT with muscle repair with mr liew! What hospital did you get it done at? You look incredible already, can wait to see the end result! Happy healing! Xx

Thank you for your message I am so pleased my review is helping someone. I was not sure if anyone was following.
I will definitely continue to update, I’m back to see Mr Liew on Wednesday and I am hoping that the scar can be uncovered so I can take more pics to post. I had my procedure done at Fairfield hospital and highly recommend. You have your own room with en-suite and the the nursing staff are amazing. They really take good care of you. Mr Liew knows a lot about skin and also performs facial corrective surgery. I will post some pics of the room I stayed in xx

Thank you for responding! Fairfield is where I’m planning on having my surgery later this year!
Can I ask what weight you were post surgery? I’m currently dieting to get to a surgery weight I’m happy with and we have a very similar body type, I’m 5 ft 3, and 12 stone but I want to get to at least 10.5 before surgery to get the best results.
